Overview

In this update cycle, our focus was on improving efficiency, clients acquisition and data-driven decisions support systems.

New Features

• 🏢 Rivia Admin (HQ): We've recently deployed Rivia Admin, an administrative system that provides insights and real-time updates on our partner's growth. The system tracks usage statistics including logins, consultation activities, expenses, and appointment bookings, among other things.
• 🗓️ Appointments Scheduling: In line with our commitment to our partners, we've successfully deployed an appointment booking system on the Rivia website. This system allows users to schedule appointments with their preferred service provider (clinic). These appointment requests are directly accessible from the respective clinic's RiviaOS dashboard.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Partner Signup: Interested parties can sign up to work with Rivia via our website. This signup data is accessible from the Admin dashboard above.
• 📄 API Documentations: We've officially released documentation for our public-facing API endpoints. This documentation is crucial for our public systems, like the website, to interface with our system. It includes details about the various endpoints, schemas, and responses.

Improvements

• 🔃UI Refresh: We've updated the color scheme and added a new logo to the RiviaOS application.
• 🔐 Security Patches: Minor security issues, particularly relating to user authentication and authorization, have been fixed.
• 💉 Patient Vitals: The vitals screen layout has been enhanced for convenience, and extra input fields for folder number and comments have been added to collect more data.
• 🏢 Branch Switching: With the multi-branch feature enabled, partners can easily switch between branches as the application's data source, without the need to log in again.
• 🔢 Reviewed Consultation Codes: We've shortened the consultation codes to six characters and capitalized them all for an improved user experience.

Bug Fixes

• Resolved the issue of external signup without a selected pharmacy or laboratory being empty.
• Corrected the missing staff name in the HQ activity log for external users, as they had no direct reference to facility staff members.

Known Issues

• The attendance button (clock in/out) doesn't update immediately after clicking. It only updates after performing a different action.
